Unser zweiter Webworkshop

Auf Einladung von Alumnus Clauss fanden sich am 19. September 2009 in den Räumen der impuls Gesellschaft für innovative Arbeitsmarktprojekte mbH die rotarischen Distriktsbeauftragten K. Krumhoilz, D.1810, Z. Yirga, D. D.1850, die Alumni Clauss, Burger, Wenkel, Gillen und F. Springer ein, um mit Webmaster Jürgen Wente die Funktion der Website zu erforschen. Nachdem die Alumni-Datenverwaltung, der Versand von E-Mail und Papier-Post erörtert wurde, gingen wir auch auf die Webbsite-Gestlatung ein. Ergebnis ist dieser Beitrag.Bild vom Seminar

Our first Website-Workshop

TeilnehmerOn 8. August 2009 in the office of Jürgen Wente (left to right) Henning Blaufuß, D.1840 and AG International Relations, Dieter Schöffel D.1860, Webmaster Jürgen Wente, RFAC Wolfgang Lück, D1950 and Andi Jagdhuber, RFAD-treasurer to explore the functions of our Website. Subjects were the set up of one's own PC or laptop for this task, installation of tools and utilities, the handling of users in Almalink, the sending of series E-mails and snail mail, identification of lost Alumni, but also the editing and setup of ones own district site. Às an add-on, the participants received a CD with public domain programs and tools helping to edit HTML files, the editing of pictures and a ftp program to load pictures and pdf files onto the website. All steps described in the FAQ to create mailings and edit text contributions have been presented and have been followed.
